Co-founder/ Project Manager/COO

Meritorious graduate of the University of Zambia with a degree in Development studies with Psychology. Co-Founder at Genius Company. Currently works as the Programs Manager at Circus Zambia, Zambia’s first social Circus. Her skillset includes but is not limited to project management grant writing, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, Sustainable Development Management, creative administration, and human resource management. She has a deep history of innovation especially in STEM. This passion has seen her win many awards under the Junior Engineers and Technicians (JETS) Club competing at both provincial and national levels. She is particularly passionate about STEAM ( STEM + the Arts) and seeks to promote the Intergration of STEM in the creative industry. Her Leadership track record includes Project Coordinator of the UNZA Psychology Association, several leadership positions in the last five years including National President and Africa and, Middle East Development Officer of Junior Chamber International-an international non-profit organization of young active citizens engaged and committed to creating impact in their communities present in over 200 countries around the globe. She's a former cultural Affairs intern at the American Embassy in Zambia, Project Research assistant with the council of Churches in Zambia and Project Consultant at Hanseberg Mining.
