Why Genius Excel?

This is a 3 month long mentorship program for Zambian youth aged 15-30. The program involves a month-long intense, structured mentorship program in the following topics: digital literacy, self awareness and personal effectiveness, leadership, STEM career guidance, workforce preparedness, emotional intelligence, design thinking, sustainable development, university application process, soft skills and employability skills. This is followed by 2 months of hands-on mentorship through internship placements at our partner organisations.

The Genius Excel Mentorship program is open to all Zambian nationals.The program modules are conducted via our E-learning school and involve 6 hours of weekly commitment from participants.It will run for 2 cohorts of 50 participants each. The first cohort of the program will run from June to August 2022. This project is expected to impact 100 Zambian youth. We anticipate a positive outcome for participants in terms of their self awareness, interpersonal skills, leadership capacity and clarity in their personal mission and vision.
